A virtual manifestation of the federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg in Germany's Southwest. The Baden-Wuerttemberg simulation, managed by MFG Baden-Wuerttemberg, "The Public Innovation Agency for IT and Media," is the first official representation of a state in Second Life. Information resources on the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg and its sights- such as the Black Forest, Heidelberg Castle and Lake Constance- are offered on this sim. Universities and other technologically innovative organizations from Baden-Wuerttemberg are given free space to settle down in Second Life and display to the world Baden-Wuerttemberg's innovation potential. |
